This policy explains how Chamber Data Hub ("we", "us") handles information when you visit chamberdatahub.com and the ProcessView+ website. ProcessView+ is software you install and run on your own systems; the data your chambers generate stays in your environment and is not sent to us through this website.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact or demo form, we collect the details you provide: name, company, email, optional phone number, number of chambers, controller types, and your message.
Purchase information. If you buy a product, payment is processed by our payment provider. We receive order details (such as product and contact name) but do not collect or store your full card number.
Basic usage data. Our host may record standard, aggregate analytics (such as page views) to help us understand site usage. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, schedule demos, and provide quotes and support.
To fulfill and support purchases and license activations.
To maintain and improve the website.

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted third parties to operate the site:

Formspree processes submissions from our contact/demo form and delivers them to us by email. Information you enter in the form is transmitted to and handled by Formspree for that purpose.
Cloudflare hosts the website and serves our downloads, and may provide privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.
Stripe (our payment provider) processes payments when you make a purchase.

Each provider handles your information under its own privacy terms.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any analytics we use are intended to be cookieless. If this changes, we will update this policy.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and order information for as long as needed to respond to you, fulfill purchases, and meet our business and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
