Privacy policy

This policy explains how Chamber Data Hub, a trade name of GVE Inc. ("we", "us"), handles information when you visit chamberdatahub.com and the ProcessView+ website. ProcessView+ is software you install and run on your own systems; the data your chambers generate stays in your environment and is not sent to us through this website.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you submit the contact or demo form, we collect the details you provide: name, company, email, optional phone number, number of chambers, controller types, and your message.
  • Purchase information. If you buy a product, payment is processed by our payment provider. We receive order details (such as product and contact name) but do not collect or store your full card number.
  • Basic usage data. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to record aggregate page views. It is cookieless, does not track you across sites, and does not build a profile of you. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry, schedule demos, and provide quotes and support.
  • To fulfill and support purchases and license activations.
  • To maintain and improve the website.

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted third parties to operate the site:

  • Formspree processes submissions from our contact/demo form and delivers them to us by email. Information you enter in the form is transmitted to and handled by Formspree for that purpose.
  • Cloudflare hosts the website, serves our downloads, and provides our website analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless and aggregate).
  • Stripe (our payment provider) processes payments when you make a purchase.

Each provider handles your information under its own privacy terms.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any analytics we use are intended to be cookieless. If this changes, we will update this policy.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and order information for as long as needed to respond to you, fulfill purchases, and meet our business and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

We do not sell or rent your personal information. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've sent us — contact us using the details below and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

If you are in the EU/UK or California, you have additional rights over your personal information under the GDPR and the CCPA respectively, including the right to access or delete it. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Governing law

This policy and any dispute relating to it are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
