ProcessView+ writes every sample to a SQLite database on your own machine, and everything downstream reads from that one record. No third-party hosting, no nightly export.

  • MQTT telemetry Chamber state publishes over MQTT v5, TLS-encrypted, to a broker you run. Controllers publish in rotation, one every two seconds.

A database on your machine

SQLite · written once per sample · integrity hash-chained

  • Microsoft SQL Server Sessions, statistics, SAT and calibration records mirrored into SQL Server or Azure SQL, driven off the local database. No exports, no nightly job.
  • QA reports PASS / REVIEW / FAIL PDFs with tolerance bands and per-step statistics, plus CSV.
  • Audit trail A separate hash-chained store on the same machine, with AES-256-GCM record content and signatures bound to the exact record signed.

Electronic signatures

Signed against the record, not against a screen.

The dialog states what is being signed before it will accept a PIN — recipe, run start, run end, and the verdict being attested — and records the meaning of the signature and a reason alongside it. The signature is CMS/PKCS#7 with ECDSA P-256, bound to that exact record, and the signer, meaning and UTC time go into the audit trail.

Network view

Every chamber on one screen, whatever it is wired with.

Alarm state, active profile, step and time remaining for the whole network at once — and the connection column mixes freely — two of these carry an IP address and are Modbus TCP on the LAN, while "Slave #: 2" is a serial RTU node on the same screen, in the same table.

A finished run becomes a report carrying its own provenance — recipe, run start and end, operators, product and batch identifiers, and the session it came from. Print it, or save it as a PDF for the batch record.

Audit trail

Who changed what, when — and what it was before.

Every action is written the moment it happens, with the old value, the new value, the user, and a UTC timestamp. Records are hash-chained to each other, so a deletion or an edit breaks the chain and is detectable.

AMS 2750

A uniformity survey, generated from the samples.

Thermal uniformity surveys are built from recorded sensor data rather than typed up afterwards — spread, maximum deviation, and hot and cold spot per sensor, with the pass/fail evaluated against the tolerance for the class. Example survey, from simulated sensor data.

Simulation Mode

The whole product, with no chamber attached.

The trial boots a virtual Watlow F4T and runs it for real — the demo profile above ramped and recovered on its own. It is not a canned demo: the virtual controller answers Modbus on loopback, so the application connects, polls, reads and writes exactly as it does against hardware. Simulated records are kept out of the regulated audit trail, and the trail records when simulation ran.
