Profile editing & control

Batch information & traceability
Define the fields your process actually needs — more than fifty of them, named by you — and every run carries them from the operator's screen through to your enterprise database.
- Five groups and fifty-two fields you name yourself, each switched on or off and optionally made mandatory — plus four fixed identity fields the log file name is built from
- Turn on required fields and a run will not start until they are filled — and the last run's values are cleared first, so nothing carries over by accident
- Map product numbers to profiles: type or scan a product ID and the matching recipe is selected and locked
- Every value follows the run — into the log file name, the session record, the QA report, the CSV backup, your SQL Server, and a retained MQTT message
Data logging

Historical data viewer

- Analytics per zone: minimum, maximum and average, deviation from setpoint, overshoot and undershoot with the time each occurred, and heating and cooling ramp rates in °/min

QA reports & tolerance bands
Every finished run is judged against its own per-step tolerance bands and becomes an audit-ready PDF. The verdict has three states, because "did this run pass" is not always a yes or a no.
- PASS, REVIEW or FAIL — a critical zone that only touched its warning band is flagged for a person, not quietly passed
- Warn and alarm bands per step, each step set critical, advisory or monitor-only
- Excursion table — zone, step, tier, peak deviation, entered and exited

Thermal qualification — TUS, SAT & calibration
Run AMS 2750 uniformity surveys and system accuracy tests from the same software that runs the chamber, and certify them with the same signature workflow.

The verdict
A run that needs a second look isn't a failure
Most chamber software prints a stamp: pass, or fail. But a critical zone that brushed its warning band for nine seconds is neither. Call it a pass and the excursion disappears into the archive. Call it a failure and you have scrapped good product and opened an investigation you did not need.
ProcessView+ has a third verdict. Every step carries a warn band and an alarm band, and you decide what each step is worth — so the software escalates the way your quality procedure already does.
The point is what it does to the other two. FAIL means something: it is reserved for a critical step breaching its alarm band. When a run fails, nobody has to relitigate whether it really did — and the excursion table names the zone, the step, the peak deviation and the window, so the argument is about the process, not the paperwork.
And the times in that table are the times on the run's own trend chart. A reviewer can go and find the excursion rather than taking the table's word for it — the two halves of the document agree, which is the first thing anyone checks and the thing most reports quietly get wrong.
