Simulation Mode runs the full product against a virtual Watlow® F4T — no chamber, no hardware required.
If you haven't activated your license yet, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Once a license is activated it's yours, and the purchase is non-refundable.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method and can take a few business days to appear.

Licensing & activation
How is ProcessView+ licensed?
ProcessView+ is a one-time purchase. One licence runs your whole chamber network — up to 25 controllers — from a single PC, so a site with twenty chambers needs one licence, not twenty. After purchase you install the software, it generates a serial number, and we issue your registration key (see the activation steps below). Additional PCs that only need to monitor the network use the Remote PC MQTT Client.
How does activation work?
Install ProcessView+, copy the serial number it generates, and email it to us. We send back your registration key within one business day. Full step-by-step instructions are on the activation page.
What is your upgrade policy?
ProcessView+ is a one-time purchase, and your license doesn't expire. There's no annual maintenance fee and no support contract — support is included. Maintenance updates are currently free, and the version number is the boundary: every release sharing your major version — 1.36, 1.37 and so on if you bought 1.x — is a bug-fix and improvement release for the software you already own. A new major version is a separate product; any terms for it are stated at its release rather than promised in advance.
